Inside a Prerelease Pack, you'll find the following
- 6 Duskmourn: House of Horror Play Boosters
- 1 Traditional foil year-stamped rare or mythic rare Duskmourn: House of Horror promo card
- 1 MTG Arena code card (available only in select regions)
- 1 Deck box
- 1 Spindown life counter
Using the cards in your Play Boosters, your foil promo card, and any number of basic lands, you'll construct a deck of 40 cards called a sealed deck. Players will then be paired against other Prerelease participants to see who is the bravest in all of Valley!
The atmosphere of a Prerelease is more of a celebration than a cutthroat event. Players will often exchange ideas, tips, or comments about cards to help each other's decks, So. if you find yourself in a deck-building rut, feel free to ask around. Your fellow Prerelease patrons will be more than willing to lend a hand (or paw).

Refund Policy
No Returns or Exchanges on Card Game Products
At our store, we do not accept returns or exchanges for card game products. All sales on these items are final.
Returns for Used Consoles and Video Game Accessories
- Return Window: You have 3 days after receiving your used console or video game accessory to request a return.
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all accessories and packaging intact.
- Process: Initiate your return by emailing us at lcgpcbiz@gmail.com within the specified time frame.
Returns for Trading Card Game Accessories
- Unopened Items: You have 7 days after receiving your trading card game accessories to request a return if the items are unopened.
- Opened Items with Manufacturer Defect: You have 3 days to return trading card game accessories that have been opened but have a manufacturer defect.
- Process: Start your return by contacting us at lcgpcbiz@gmail.com within the specified time frame.
Event Tickets and Social Club Memberships
- Final Sale: All sales for event tickets and related items, including social club memberships, are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions
Exceptions to our return policy may be made at the discretion of a store partner or manager. All exceptions must be approved and documented.
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, email us at lcgpcbiz@gmail.com within the time frames specified above.
- Return Address: Returns must be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS].
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at lcgpcbiz@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
